jita96 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued national identification card (NID), birth certificate, or bKash/Nagad account ownership documentation. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by jita96 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the Account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the jita96 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jita96 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than BDT.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists as an anti-money-laundering (AML) measure and cannot be waived. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to mobile banking accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 4 business hours during standard banking days.

jita96 does not charge any processing fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, for which jita96 bears no responsibility.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification (KYC) before first payment.
• Accounts with active bonus wagering requirements may have withdrawal restrictions until the wagering requirement is met in full.
• jita96 reserves the right to conduct additional AML checks on any withdrawal request, which may delay processing by up to 48 hours.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jita96 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are governed by these Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for any bonus credited to an Account is 20x the bonus amount, to be completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar) typically contribute 10%. Sports betting wagers contribute based on the odds and market as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jita96 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a third party's identity.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or verification.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in live poker or card games.

6. Game Rules, Fair Play, and RNG Certification
